Flexible hourly or packaged support during the fourth trimester. Newborn care, feeding, rest, and emotional wellbeing so your whole family can settle in and thrive.

Common questions
Before you book
When should I hire a doula?
The earlier the better, ideally in your second trimester. This gives us time for meaningful prenatal visits and allows me to plan my on-call schedule around your due date. That said, if you're further along, reach out anyway.
What's the $150 retainer for?
The retainer reserves your due date on my calendar and ensures I'm on call for you. It's non-refundable, but it applies toward your $1,250 total, so you're not paying extra, just paying early.
Can I hire you for just postpartum support?
Absolutely. Postpartum support is available completely independently of the birth package, you don't have to have hired me for birth to book postpartum visits.
Do you serve areas outside Casper?
Yes, I serve most of Wyoming. Contact me with your location and I'll confirm availability. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a certain distance.
