We hop on a 30-minute call, no pressure, no commitment. You ask questions, I listen, and we decide together if we're a good fit.

Two in-depth meetings to talk through your hopes, comfort techniques, and birth preferences. We craft a birth plan that actually fits your situation.

On-call & labor support
From ~37 weeks I'm available day or night. When labor begins, I'm with you, breathing, positioning, advocating, and cheering you on.

About Kristi
A doula who's walked this path herself
I'm a second-generation Wyomingite, mom of two wonderful boys, and an unapologetic birth nerd. I've seen what it looks like when a mama is truly supported. I want that for every family.
Trained through Birth Arts International and based in Casper, WY, I serve families across most of Wyoming with a style that's calm, direct, and fiercely in your corner.
